After a successful payment, access to the selected plan opens instantly. If access does not appear within 5 minutes, contact support with your transaction number.
Renewal and automatic charges
Subscriptions are renewed manually. There are no automatic charges — you control every payment. To renew, simply choose a plan and pay again.
Fees and payment details
We do not charge extra fees. However, when paying in a currency other than the plan currency, your bank or payment provider may charge a conversion fee. The final amount may differ by 1–3%.
Payment problems
- Payment failed — check your card balance and limits. Try another payment method.
- Money was charged but access did not open — wait 5 minutes. If that does not help, contact support.
